Shipping Policy

We charge flat ₹70 (COD ₹100) for all shipments across India. Free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For international shipping charges, please email us at exports@suryaherbal.com

Unfortunately, we don't have a return policy. We inspect products before shipping and make sure you don't face any issues with respect to the quality of the product.

Exceptions for returns: 

We will either provide a new product or provide a refund for the following exceptions:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In that case, we can either provide you with a new product (shipping charges not included) or provide a refund. 

Delivery Timeline 

Once the order is confirmed it takes 4-7 working days for delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
